"I've been a personal trainer for over 18 years, helping thousands of people transform their bodies — not just physically, but mentally.
My background? Australian Rules Football. It taught me discipline, mental toughness, and how to move with power and purpose. That mindset never left me.
Over the years, I’ve trained everyday people and athletes alike — in Australia, London, and now the UAE. What I’ve always loved is taking someone who feels stuck or plateaued and helping them break through.
When I discovered padel, I fell in love with the game. But I also noticed something: players lacked structured, intelligent physical training.
They were passionate, yes — but their bodies weren’t prepared for the demands of this sport. That’s where I come in."

- Sign up and pay $499, that's less than $1.40 per day to join the club
Step 3: Test & Submit
- Complete Level 1 at home or in person if you live in DUBAI for 500AED (will also go over foundation exercises)
- Send your scores via form
Step 4: Receive
